I will also address any food sensitivities and/or allergies you may have by identifying and eliminating trigger foods that cause an immune reaction, which in turn results in increased inflammation and diverse forms of skin irritation. Furthermore, I will enhance your detoxification function by supporting your liver and kidneys and other elimination pathways, to help your body clear toxins and metabolic waste that can manifest as skin issues. I will also optimises your nutrient status to ensure adequate intake of vitamins and minerals and antioxidants that support skin structure, function and regeneration. And finally, I will support stress management to help prevent stress-induced flare-ups, and will provide advice on natural skin care.
