Achieving and maintaining a healthy, sustainable weight is foundational to overall health and well-being. Excess weight is often a symptom of underlying imbalances in the body, which can be addressed positively through naturopathic diet and lifestyle medicine therapeutics. 

Naturopathic medicine seeks to identify and address the underlying factors contributing to weight imbalances.
