Core Nutrient Report
Understanding how your genetics influence nutrient absorption and requirements
Common symptoms that the Nutrient Core Report can support
So many of my clients come to me feeling like something just isn't quite right — they're tired all the time, their digestion is unpredictable, their mood is low, or they simply can't shift weight no matter how hard they try. What I love about the Nutrient Core Report is that it can finally give us some real answers. By looking at your unique genetic blueprint, we can understand why your body responds the way it does to the food you eat, the nutrients you need, and the lifestyle choices that either help or hinder you. This testing can shine a light on so many of the things my clients struggle with every day — from bloating, fatigue and poor sleep, to anxiety, brain fog, skin problems, and that frustrating feeling of never quite feeling well. It can also reveal why your body may not be absorbing or using key vitamins as efficiently as it should be, which quietly affects everything from your energy and immunity to your mood and bone health. Most importantly, it means that the support I offer you isn't based on guesswork - it's based on you, your body, and what it genuinely needs to thrive.
What the Nutrient Core Report looks at
This report explores how your genes may influence the way your body responds to certain foods, nutrients, and everyday factors. It includes testing related to gluten and lactose response, caffeine sensitivity, gut and microbiome balance, vitamin needs, blood sugar regulation, inflammation, appetite and weight tendencies, blood pressure, and sleep-wake patterns. It also looks at how well your body may process key nutrients such as vitamins A, B9, B12, C, D and K, as well as glutathione support
Why the Nutrient Core Report matters
The Nutrient Core report is designed to give you a clearer picture of how your body may work best, based on your own unique genetic makeup. Instead of giving general advice that could apply to anyone, it helps to show which areas may be especially important for you, so that your nutrition and lifestyle plan becomes more relevant, practical, and personal. It looks at things like how you may respond to certain foods, which nutrients you may need more support with, how your body handles energy, inflammation, appetite, caffeine, and sleep patterns, and how these things may all fit together.
